Port Adelaide Sailing Club was formed in 1897 and has been sailing on the Port River ever since.
Situated at George Robertson Drive, Largs North S.A. the club has new marina facilities including Wet berths, Hardstand, slip , crane etc.
18 foot Skiffs
Our mission is to restore the 18ft skiffs unlimited open class and by 2012 return the F1 Grand Prix skiffs around Australia in 5 States with the support of our sponsers and the media groups. Together we believe we can do this.

Port Adelaide Sailing Club 1897 - 2012
In 1891 the harbour at Port Adelaide buzzed with activity. The smoke from dozens of mill factory chimneys formed a dense ceiling over the thousands of lumbers" who manhandled cargo in and out of the ships that lined its wharves.
Women's Sailing
Port Adelaide Sailing Club commences it's first women's series during the winter to be sailed in J24's.
The aim is to use this series is to develop the skills of our women including a large amount of Juniors, so that they have the opportunity to compete in women's Regatta's.
